Prof Prashant J Bagga is working as Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department. He received Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saurashtra University in 1997 and MTech degree in Mechanical Engineering (with specialization in Computer Integrated Manufacturing) from Nirma University in 2016. He also obtained MTech degree in Computer and IT, from MS University, Tirunelvelli, Tamilnadu in 2012. He is currently pursuing PhD from Nirma University in the area of tool condition monitoring. He has more than twenty three years of teaching experience. Prof Bagga successfully completed minor research projects funded by Nirma University in the area of tool condition monitoring. He has published/presented several papers in journals and conferences. He has coordinated and conducted training programs for academic and industry personnel. He is life member of Space Society for Mechanical Engineers and Indian Society for Technical Education.
