In the last fifteen years, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) has become a popular business strategy widely applied in different industrial sectors. However, LSS deployment is lacking in many Indian industries, particularly in the poor deployment stage in SMEs. In this context, the proposed project’s focus is to explore the current scenario of LSS deployment in Indian SMEs, understand the reason for non-deployment, and develop a framework to deploy Lean Six Sigma in Indian SMEs.
