50% seats of the total intake are filled in by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC, GoG). These seats shall be filled-in by the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the schools located in the State of Gujarat including Diu, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli. These seats shall be filled as per the guidelines of ACPC. Candidate has to apply to ACPC, GoG, separately
The 35% seats of intake shall be filled by Institute of Technology, Nirma University under the category of All India seats from the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the schools located in India (including Gujarat State).

Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries and South East Asia (CIWGC-SEA)
Person of Indian Origin (PIO or OCI) and Foreign Nationals (FN)
The foreign students can apply to the engineering programs offered by Institute of Technology, Nirma University under one of the following two categories:
Category 1 : Foreign students having non-Indian passports (FN), OR foreign students having non-Indian passport and also having the OCI or PIO card (OCI/PIO) can apply under OCI/PIO/FN Supernumerary category that has 10% seats reserved.
Category 2 : Students whose parents are currently working in Gulf countries or South-east Asia can apply under CIWGC-SEA Supernumerary category that has 5% seats reserved. The students must hold Indian passport, and should have passed qualifying exam either from India or outside of India.
Entrance test is not required and admissions are given as per merit marks of the qualifying exam as per the eligibility requirement. More details on number of seats, eligibility, fees, online application link etc. can be found from the website.
