Dr. Aparna Kumari from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Institute of Technology, Nirma University won a National award “Shri Pralhad P Chhabria Awards” under the category of “Best Woman Professional (Early Career) – Runner Up” from Hope Foundation and Research Centre, Pune, IEEE India Council, WiE Affinity Group, IEEE Pune Section. Nominations for the said award were invited from all SAARC countries. Selection criteria consisted of many parameters like professional achievements, publications, research projects, and various other parameters.
