Facilitated M. Tech Student Mr. Jay Viradiya for receiving the prestigious Mitacs Globalink Research Award – Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute (SICI). The award consisted the provision of him to be working as an Intern for the project titled “Assessment of Corrosion in RC Slabs using NDTs” under the Guidance of Dr. Rishi Gupta, Dept. of Civil Engineering, University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. A minimum of $6000 was provided as the award money.
