Dr. Aayushi Pushpakant Chaudhari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Nirma University, Ahmedabad, India. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) in 2023, M.E. in Computer Engineering from L.J. Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ahmedabad, in 2017, B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Government Engineering College, Modasa, in 2015. She has over nine years of experience in academia and industry. Her research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Vision Transformers and Explainable AI. She has published several research articles in reputed international journals and conferences, including IEEE, Springer, and MDPI. Dr. Chaudhari is an active member of the Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS) and served as a reviewer for several reputed international journals and conferences. She has received the Best Research Paper Award for her contributions to AI-based emotion recognition research. She has successfully mentored numerous B.Tech. and M.Tech. students in research and innovation and has actively led and contributed to research and funded consultancy projects.
