About
Dr. Akanksha Agrawal joined Nirma University in January 2023. She holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University. She completed her master's with a specialization in Environmental Engineering in 2012 from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur. She holds a Doctorate in the area of Environmental engineering specifically in Solid Waste Management from NIT Raipur. She has 6 years of teaching experience in various academic institutions. She has guided 4 Master's students and 6 undergraduate students. Dr. Agrawal has published 6 SCI research papers in reputed journals like Environmental Science and Pollution Research, and Biomass Conversion and Biorefinery, and has also presented 5 research papers at international and national conferences. She has published one design patent titled, “Robotic device for sample collection at Archaeological Sites.”
