    Analog and Mixed Signal VLSI Design


  • Dr Akash Mecwan is working as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department since July 2005. He has an experience of more than 14 years in the field of teaching, research and industry. He obtained his BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2003 from Nirma Institute of Technology, Gujarat University. He completed his MTech in VLSI Design in 2011 from Nirma University. Dr Mecwan obtained his PhD degree from Nirma University in 2018 in the field of RF VLSI Design. He has published more than 30 research papers in national and international conferences and journals. He has successfully completed four research projects funded by Nirma University and GUJCOST. He has guided more than ten PG dissertations. He is a life member of ISTE. He has coordinated workshops in Back End VLSI Design under the banner of Centre for Continuing Education. His research interest includes FPGA based designs, analog mixed signal VLSI design, RFIC, embedded systems and robotics.
