Dr Akhilesh A. Nimje is working as Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Institute of Technology, Nirma University. Dr. Nimje obtained BE degree in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University in the year 1997. He received MTech degree in Power Systems Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in the year 2002 and PhD degree in Power Systems Engineering from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar in the year 2012. Dr. Nimje has published research papers in several International / National journals and conferences. He has guided several undergraduate projects and Masters dissertations. His areas of interests include rural electrification, facts, power system analysis, distributed generations and renewable energy sources. He is a life member of ISTE, SESI and ISCA.
