  • Dr Ankur Dwivedi is working as an Assistant Professor, Chemical Engineering Department, School of Engineering, Institute of Technology. He has an experience of more than 24 years in Chemical & Pharmaceutical Research, Pharmaceutical Industries and academic field. He obtained his BSc degree in Chemistry and MSc in Industrial Analytical Chemistry in 1995 and 1997, respectively from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. Dr Dwivedi obtained his PhD from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in 2004. He has also obtained LL.B. degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in 2007 and MBA degree in Industrial Management from National Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2008. He has served for well known companies like: Sun Pharmaceutical, Alembic Ltd., Rubamin Labaoratories (Now it is Lupin Ltd.), Calyx Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd., ZCL Chemicals Ltd. (Zandu Group) etc. He has published more than 25 research papers in reputed journals in domains like Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Photochemistry, Materal Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry etc. He has contributed more than 35 research papers in National and International Conferences. He has also 5 international books and 9 book chapters in his credit. Dr Dwivedi is a reviewer and an editorial board member of international referred journals in the field of Chemistry. He is a life member of various prestigious organizations like ISTE, ACT, ISCA, SPER etc. His research interest includes Chromatographic techniques, Pharmaceutical method development & method validation, Characterization of bulk drugs, Natural indicators, Water treatment, Waste management and Photochemistry.
