About

  • Dr. Anshika Sharma is a Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Marketing Area at NIRMA University. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management (major) and Marketing (minor) from the Central University of Uttarakhand, followed by a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Uttarakhand Technical University. Dr. Anshika completed her Ph.D. at Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, an institution founded by Swami Shraddhanandaji with the vision of integrating modern education with the rich traditions of the Indian Gurukula system. Her academic journey is marked by achievements, including clearing the National Eligibility Test (NET) multiple times in Management and Organizational Behaviour, conducted by esteemed government bodies such as CBSE-NET, NTA-NET, and UGC-NET. Her dedication to research was further recognized through the prestigious ICSSR Central Government Doctoral Fellowship awardee, which fully funded her Ph.D. studies. Before joining NIRMA University, Dr. Anshika honed her academic and research expertise at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur, where she gained valuable insights and experience. She is deeply engaged in exploring Consumer Behaviour, Emotional Intelligence, and various other behavioral dimensions of human interaction through her teaching and research. Currently, she is actively involved in several projects aligned with her areas of interest, collaborating with NIRMA students and fellow academicians. She upholds the value of hard work over shortcuts and is committed to maintaining ethical and moral standards in her conduct. She is dedicated to fostering a more equitable world for everyone, where the progress of each person, particularly in empowering women, adds to the overall happiness and betterment of society.
