Dr. Arvind R. Yadav has completed his PhD (Image Processing) in the year 2016 from Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Roorkee. He has completed his B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering and M.E. in Industrial Electronics in the year 1999 and 2001 from GEC, Modasa and MSU, Baroda, respectively. He has published more than15 Journal papers indexed in SCI/SCIE/Scopus journals. He has also published more than 53 conference papers in national and international conferences. His major area of interest includes signal, image and video processing (feature extraction), especially medical signal and image and microscopic images of wood species.
He has Successfully completed one international project as Principal Investigator “Title: AI, IoT and Digital Technologies for Future Sustainable Smart Cities, Funded by Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, under Transforming Systems Through Partnership (TSP). The funding amount has been £ 80000 pound sterling during April 2021 to May 2023.
He is also actively working in the area of object recognition and classification with the help of machine learning & deep learning techniques.
