Dr Bharatkumar Modi is working as Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department since 2015. He obtained BE degree in Mechanical Engineering and MTech (Manufacturing Engineering) degree from S P University and IIT Bombay respectively. He obtained PhD degree from IIT Delhi in 2013. He has about twenty seven years of academic experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has guided more than 36 projects at MTech (CAD/CAM) and MTech(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) programs. He is presently guiding 3 PhD students for their research work. He has published more than 24 papers in national and international conferences and journals. Dr Modi has rendered professional services to leading Universities in various capacities. He is also Principal Investigator and Co- Principal Investigator for the projects sponsored by GUJCOST, SERB-DST, ISRO-RESPOND and Nirma University. His research interest includes Analysis of Manufacturing Processes, Metal Forming and Development of Composite Materials.
