Prof. Chanakya Bhatt is working as an assistant professor in the electrical engineering department. He obtained his Btech degree from Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar (now Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, Chandkheda) and Mtech degree from Nirma University. He has 14 years of teaching, industry and research experience. He has research papers in international and national conferences to his credit. He has guided various UG and PG projects. Two of the projects guided by him got the third prize at national level. His areas of interest are HVDC, FACTS, Solar Photo Voltaic Systems and Power Electroic Converters. He is a life member of ISTE and an Associate NCC Officer (ANO) - Boys of Nirma University.
