I am a Civil Engineering academic and researcher specializing in Construction Management, with a Ph.D. and M.Tech in Construction Management from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad. I have experience in teaching, academic coordination, and research, having served as Guest Faculty and Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering. My academic interests focus on Lean Construction, Sustainable Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Risk Management, Waste Management, and the application of digital technologies in the construction industry. My research contributions include publications in reputed Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals, including Q1 publications in Scientific Reports and Sustainability, along with Q3 and Q4 publications and international conference proceedings. I have also contributed to research on sustainable construction materials, lean practices, construction risks, digital tools, and resource efficiency. I am committed to integrating research, innovative teaching methodologies, and industry-oriented practices to contribute meaningfully to civil engineering education and sustainable infrastructure development.
