Dr. Harsh Vyas is working as a Assistant Professor in Department of Electronics and Communication, Institute of technology, Nirma university since January 2026. He has a more than 11 year experience in field of teaching as well as research. He completed his Ph.D. from Ganpat University (2019–2024). He earned his M.Sc. in Applied Physics from The M.S. University of Baroda (2011–2013) and his B.Sc. in Physics from Bhavnagar University (2009–2011).
His research background primarily focuses on Computational Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, and Renewable Energy Resources. His work includes studies on electrical conductivity, carrier transport, and scattering mechanisms in graphene-based double layer systems, with several research publications in reputed journals and conference proceedings. Additionally, he has contributed to applied research projects in solar energy systems.
