Jay Patel is an Assistant Professor (Contractual) in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. He completed his B.E. in Computer Engineering from Ahmedabad Institute of Technology and his M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. His academic and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Geospatial Analytics, and Remote Sensing. His research work focuses on applying machine learning techniques to satellite-derived geospatial datasets for suitability analysis and predictive modelling. He is also interested in software development, data analytics, and emerging technologies in Computer Science.
