Dr. K.K. Tripathi is a senior-level professional with 31 years of rich, in-depth, and extensive experience in the construction industry and academics. Out of 31 years, 23 years were in the planning, scheduling, monitoring, contract administration, and site management of construction projects, and 8 years were in academics. He served several reputed organizations, such as Reliance Industries Ltd., Jindal Steel and Power Ltd., Punj Lloyd Ltd., and so on, in India as well as abroad at various senior positions. Before joining Nirma University, he was working with a Delhi-based real estate company as a director. He has done his M.Tech. and Ph.D. in construction management at IIT Delhi. Dr. Tripathi has published 21 research papers in leading peer-reviewed international journals indexed in SCI and Scopus, including two international conference papers. He is a reviewer of several international journals of repute. He has examined more than 30 MTech theses of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has delivered lectures in workshops organized by J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, Faridabad; Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar; and the Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu. Dr. Tripathi is a permanent member of various professional bodies like the Institution of Engineers (MIE), the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
