  • Dr. Manisha Shah is working as a Senior Assistant Professor at the department of electrical engineering, institute of technology, Nirma University. Dr. Shah graduated in electrical engineering from Gujarat university, Gujarat. She received her MTech degree and PhD degree in electrical engineering from Nirma university. She had also served as area in-charge of power electronics laboratory and a member of the board of studies. Dr. Shah has published many research papers in international / national journals and conferences. She has guided more than 30 post graduated dissertations and three PhD dissertations (two full time and one part time). She is also one of the resource personal in certification course and post graduate program (MTech - EVE) offered to Tata Motors Engineers in the field of Electric Vehicle. Her areas of interest are power electronics converters, power supplies, multi-level converters, power quality improved devices and renewable source integration to grid. She is a senior member of IEEE, USA, and a life member of ISTE. She is also serving as Ex-Com member of IEEE Gujarat section since 2018. Currently she is Treasurer of IEEE Gujarat Section.
