Dr Bhati, holds a PhD in Human resources Management in the area of HRM practices and Job satisfaction. She brings in a vast academic and administrative experience of 10 years. She has experience as Deputy Director, Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, Guest faculty at B K School of Management, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, faculty with Saurashtra University ,Rajkot. She guided PG-UG Students in areas of Human resources, Organizational behaviour and General Management. Dr Bhati holds a certificate in AMT (Accredited management Teacher) awarded by AIMA (All India Management Association), New Delhi in the area of Human resource Management. She has qualified NET (National eligibility Test) examination conducted by CSIR and UGC. She is a member of Board of Studies, Atmiya University, Rajkot. She has three books and several research papers to her credit. She has attended various conferences of National and International repute. She has been awarded the best professor award by the Indian Society of Concept Management. She was a mentor for MBA and engineering students for the International Exchange Program for Wismar university, Germany and Poland. She has delivered 20 sessions in the area of HRM at Foreign University, Europe. She is a time member for GAP, AHRD and ISTE.
