Dr Reena Trivedi is working as Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department. She has experience of more than 25 years in the field of teaching, research and industry. She obtained BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University in 1993 and MTech degree in CAD/CAM from Nirma University in 2005. Dr Trivedi obtained PhD degree from IIT Bombay in 2016. She has published more than 15 research papers in the areas of MEMS, optimization, FEA, etc. in international referred journals and presented/ published more than 20 papers in international conferences/ proceedings. She has guided more than 40 PG dissertations. She is presently guiding 02 research scholars towards their doctoral degree. The award for best student and University topper of the MTech batch 2003-05 was conferred on her. Dr Trivedi is a reviewer of international refereed journals in the fields of design engineering, MEMS, optimization, etc. Her areas of research interest include CAD, CAE, FEA, Design engineering, Optimization and MEMS.
