Dr. Sanjay G. Patel is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience. He has received his B.E degree in Computer Engineering from South Gujarat University, M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from Nirma University and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from CHARUSAT, Gujarat. His research interests include High Performance Computing, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Fog Computing, Deep Learning and Machine Learning. He is also interested in research work that has great impact on Mankind, Society and Nation Developments.
He published more than 19 technical papers in top journals and top-level conferences.
More than 19 students have completed M.E. and M.Tech. thesis under his supervision. He also has 3 years of experience as a Ph.D. guide. He has been the project coordinator for Supercomputer facility sponsored by GUJCOST, Department of Science & Technology, and Government of Gujarat from 2020 to 2022 at KSV. He is an active member of program committees of leading International conferences and workshops as well as review committees of leading journals. He is a life member of IEEE Computer Society, Service Society USA, FEAST UK and The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). He is a board member (AI, Block Chain, Cloud, IOT) Service Society USA since 2019.
He has been Technical Program Committee Member of various IEEE conferences and world forums. He has been selected as a session chair and reviewer for top-level International conferences and International journals including IEEE transactions, Elsevier and Springer. He has published patent in Intellectual Property India and google. He has received research grants from leading organizations such as IEEE, GUJCOST and TCS. He visited Washington State University and University of Pittsburgh, USA as a Session Chair, IGSC 2018.
