Dr. Shanker D. Godwal is working as Assistant Professor in electrical engineering department of Institute of Technology, Nirma University. He has completed BE degree in Electrical Engineering from SKIT & Management Jaipur, Rajasthan University and MTech degree in Power System from VJTI - Mumbai, Bombay University, Mumbai in the year 2005 and 2010 respectively. Dr. Godwal has completed Ph.D. on "Optimum Overcurrent Relays Coordination for Interconnected Power System" from CHARUSAT, Changa, Gujarat in the year 2024. Dr. Godwal has published / presented research papers various in journals and conferences. He has guided 14 PG students and 18 UG students for their major project. His areas of interest are electrical power systems, power system protection and power system stability. He is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
