About
Prof Shruti Bhatt is working as Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department since 2010. She has experience of more than 13years in the field of teaching. She obtained BE degree in Mechatronics from S P University in 2006 and ME degree in CAD/CAM from Gujarat University in 2009. She is presently pursuing PhD in the area of microwave material processing from Nirma University. She has guided more than five PG dissertations. Prof Bhatt has completed minor research project titled "Experimental Investigations on Microwave Based Metal Casting" funded by Nirma University. Prof Bhatt is currently working on a minor research project titled "Microwave processing of biodegradable material" funded by Nirma University. She has published 2 Journal papers and more than 10 conference papers in the area of electric discharge machining, artificial neural network and fuzzy logic control, etc. Her research interest includes Manufacturing Automation, Non-traditional Manufacturing Processes and Microwave Material Processing.
