Dr Tanuj Gupta is working as an Assistant Professor of Physics in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department since May 2016. He has an experience of more than 8 years in the field of teaching and research. He obtained his BSc degree in Physics from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in 2010 and MSc degree in Physics from Devi Ahilya University, Indore in 2012. He obtained his GSET (Physical Science) certificate from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara in 2013 and PhD from Nirma University, Ahmedabad in 2022. He was selected as a Junior Research Fellow at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai and worked in the field of High Energy Physics, particularly on famous "GRAPES-3" experiment located at Ooty, Tamilnadu from July 2012 to October 2014. He has also worked as a Teaching Assistant in SVNIT, Surat and IITRAM, Ahmedabad in 2015 and 2016 respectively. He is actively involved in research, particularly in the area of Condensed Matter Physics. His research interest includes the synthesis and characterizations of nano-materials.
