Dr. Vinod Kumar Patel has been working as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences. He has been teaching management students since 2015. He has expertise in research in the fields of sustainable tourism, learning organization, employee satisfaction, job performance, and many more. He has also published 14 research papers in reputed journals indexed in SCOPUS, WOS, and ABDC. He is the author of three books: Fundamentals of HR Analytics, Entrepreneurship: A Unicorn Among Horses, and Life with Pandemic: A Global Perspective. He has experience working in several reputed institutions, including Amity University Gwalior, IIM Indore, and the Patel Group of Institutions. He did his graduation from DAVV Indore and his post-graduation from Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore. He has qualified for the UGC National Eligibility Test. He earned his PhD degree from IMS DAVV Indore. He has also gained knowledge of several research software programmes like SPSS 24, Smart PLS, AMOS, and VOSViewer. He has the ambition of imbuing the students with correct and practical knowledge.
