Founder’s Playbook

The objective of the Founder’s Playbook was to provide valuable insights into the world of business startups and entrepreneurship. The event aimed to inspire and educate aspiring entrepreneurs by sharing real-life experiences of successful startup founders, emphasizing the challenges and strategies involved in building a tech-based company.

Event Overview:

Founder’s Playbook was an engaging session designed to equip participants with knowledge of entrepreneurship and business strategies. TST Technology started in 2021 with three passionate founders aiming to help startups leverage technology. In just three years, they’ve expanded globally, launched multiple AI and SaaS products, and worked on 30+ successful projects across industries like FinTech, Healthcare, and EdTech. The event featured Parth Makwana, the co-founder of TST, who covered his entrepreneurial journey, key challenges, and the factors that contributed to the success of his startup.

Flagship Event – INSIGNIA 2025

Insignia 2025 is the flagship event of ACES, conducted on February 15-16, 2025. It featured multiple sub-events across different domains of technology, innovation, and entertainment, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their skills and collaborate in a competitive yet engaging environment.

1. Innovators Assemble – The Project Showcase
   • Date: February 15, 2025
   • Overview: A platform for students to showcase their innovative software and hardware projects.
   • Judges: Harsh Kapadia & Prof. Alpeshkumar Patel.
   • Participants: 8 teams participated, presenting diverse technological solutions.
   • Winners: Team Big Brains.

2. Infinity Code Quest

• • Date: February 15, 2025
  • Overview: A competitive coding event designed around capturing PCs.
  • Participants: 9 teams with 34 participants.
  • Winners:Team Washing Powder.
  • Event Flow:Multiple rounds of programming challenges, elimination stages, and problem-solving competitions.

3. The Ultron Debate

• • Date: February 15, 2025
  • Overview: A Marvel-themed intellectual debate competition.
  • Topics Discussed:
    • Stark vs. Strange: Do you need a degree to make a difference?
    • The 70-hour Work Week Debate.
    • Wakanda vs. the World: Should developed nations share their technology
  • Winners: Jiya Chandiramani & Hardi Dave.

4. Escape the Multiverse

• • Date: February 16, 2025
  • Overview: A Marvel-themed escape room challenge.
  • Concept: Teams had to solve puzzles to find hidden Infinity Stones.
  • Challenges: Crossword puzzles, logical riddles, and problem-solving tasks.
  • Winners: Team Guardians of Guessery.

5. Marvel Tech Trivia

• • Date: February 16, 2025
  • Overview: A quiz competition blending Marvel Universe with tech-related questions.
  • Rounds: Trivia, Mental Aptitude, and Rapid Fire.
  • Winners:Vaibhav Wadke, Abhishek Potdar, and Shivang Pandya.

6. Jamming Session

  • Overview: A musical event under INSIGNIA 2025, featuring a live band performance by Swaraag.
  • Objective: To foster a relaxed, creative environment and cultural engagement.
  • Impact: High audience participation and appreciation.

With its combination of technical, intellectual, and cultural events, Insignia 2025 successfully caters to students with diverse interests, ensuring that everyone finds something valuable to participate in.

Cybersecurity Webinar

• Date: March 11, 2024
• Overview: A webinar on Cybersecurity, featuring Nitesh Singh, founder of Defronix Cyber Security.
• Platform: Conducted via Google Meet.
• Topics Covered:
  • Importance of cybersecurity in the digital era.
  • Various job roles and required certifications in cybersecurity.
  • Live hacking demonstrations with an emphasis on ethical security practices.
  • Safe browsing techniques and malware prevention strategies.
• Outcome: Participants gained insights into real-world cybersecurity challenges and industry best practices.

2. Seed Ball Making Workshop

   • Objective:Environmental awareness and sustainable gardening techniques.
   • Collaboration:Conducted with Sukrut NGO.
