Abstract Lecture reminder is an application made on the android platform using the Android Studio and its components. It is actually a database of the faculty’s time-table as well as the student’s class-wise time-table which is available on the Institute’s Intranet link. We have tried to cover all the bases of the Time-Table.
Basically, the application will contain the information regarding all the lectures of the faculties as well as all the classes of the students which they need to refer on a daily basis. A notification system is there to notify the user, either a faculty or a student if the feature is being enabled on the android device.
In short, this app is very helpful for all the faculties and students who need to refer their timetable. So, instead of accessing it through laptops or desktops, we made it available on their android phones. Hence, reducing the access time to get their time-table. Thus, it will be convenient, easy and efficient way to access their time-table and those extra time can be put somewhere in some other efficient work.
