Abstract:
Sustainable development is requirement of society at present. Energy saving and safe evaluation of engineering structure is main part of that. Light Transmitting Concrete (LTC) or translucent concrete is a building material consists of light transmitting property due to embedded optical fibre. Light transmitting concrete is made of optical fibres, cement, water and water. The main objective of this research is to develop a light transmitting panel, which can transmits light through it.
