Abstract:
One of the serious problem faced is the continuous generation of lots of non-biodegradable Plastic waste. So, the idea is to convert the solid plastic waste to fine chemicals or useful chemicals which can further be utilized in different purpose/applications. The plastic solid waste first segregated as PP, PS, and PE followed by dissolution. The dissolved plastics will be used to extract the different chemicals by liquid-liquid extraction method and thermally. Then explore their applications on the basis of their physico-chemical properties of the extracted chemicals.
