A workshop on Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) was conducted on March 13, 2019 during NUTech 2019 by ISA Students’ Chapter of the Institute of Technology. The workshop featured Mr Girish Ayya, Co- Founder of Avadhoot Automation, Bengaluru and an elite senior member of ISA Bengaluru Section as expert speakers. The talk covered the importance of IoT, its role in automation and smart homes and industries, advantages and applications in different engineering fields.
The workshop had a total participation of 65 students from various engineering disciplines. Hands-on-training was also conducted by Mr Urjit Dave from Garima System Solutions Pvt Ltd, Baroda.
