NSS School of Technology orchestrated a remarkable plantation drive on August 19, 2023 under the “Meri Mati Mera Desh” campaign. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of students who embarked on a mission of environmental conservation. The campus of Prayan Electrical & Automation Pvt. Ltd. in Kubadthal, Gujarat, became the site for the planting of more than 100 saplings, a commendable effort by 50 dedicated students. Beyond contributing to ecological sustainability, the students were provided with a unique opportunity to delve into the operations of Prayan, a distinguished chip manufacturing company. The event is coordinated by Dr. Vaishali Dhare, Program Officer, NSS, SoT. NSS SoT team is thankful to Dr. Rajesh Patel, Director, Institute of Technology, Dr Bhavesh Parikh, NSS Coordinator, Nirma University and extension coordinator Dr Tejal Upadhyay for the motivation and guidance.
