School of Engineering, IT, NU organised 2 days workshop on March 15-16, 2019 for MTech students of Department of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering on the topic of “Thesis writing ”. The objectives of the workshop were to enhance the technical writing skills of PG students. Experts from Institute of Plasma Research, IIT Gandhinagar and Nirma University delivered sessions on topics covering thesis writing and research paper writing, use of Latex for thesis and paper publications and language editing and referencing. Second day was devoted to writing a part of thesis or technical paper under the guidance of experts.
