Hole flanging operation is performed to form flanges on sheet metal with preexisting hole. Incremental sheet metal forming is advanced forming technique in which forming of sheetmetal is performed by tool with hemispherical end on pre defined path. It offers advantage of high formability. In the project work hole flanging using incremental sheet metal forming is explored. Experimental investigation was carried out to analyze effect of tool rotation speed, feed and step depth on surface roughness and thickness distribution.
