The organizations like ISRO and DRDO is used to purchase the radiation hardened standard cell library from TowerJazz, Israel. These libraries are very costly and further they are available in box packed unit. Moreover such libraries are associated with specific manufacturing technology only, the organizations like ISRO and DRDO cannot reuse for various applications. In fact, they need their own standard cell library- indigenously developed as per their requirements, which can be reused for various requirements and applications. This project involves development of RHBD standard cell library which can be used and mapped to any application specific IC. Further it can be also modified for next generation technology as per future need, as it is our own design and we have the transistor level schematics and layouts for it.
