Oceanic Pollution and other ocean Phenomenon monitoring using feature extraction from multi-polarized SAR data
This was a major project funded by Space Applications Center, ISRO under the RESPOND scheme.
The project aimed to develop a software solution for scientists at SAC ISRO with the following objectives:
Develop optimized feature extraction technique for feature detection from SAR images for various oceanographic applications specifically oil spill detection.
Designing a user friendly, expandable and cost competitive GUI based software to process SAR images for various oceanographic applications
