Due to rapid growth in indifferent use of earth surface and its resources, the advanced earth observation and annotation tool are required to categorize earth coverage for the effective planning and management of critical, natural and man-made resources. Multi polarised SAR data with dual-band may certainly provide better domain adaptation features and thereby classification accuracy is expected to improve. This will help human observers in correct interpretation and retrieval of details of any region. The thematic map generation with color coding will be useful in better visualization. The proposed system also helps speeding up earth cover analysis.
