Anand Patel is working as Assistant Professor with the Department of Mechanical Engineering and has a teaching experience of more than 18 years. He is also working as the In-charge of Students Section of Institute of Technology since July 2019.

The Students Section looks after admission, registration, student records, various examinations, scholarships, concessions, issue of identity cards, different types of certificate, issue of transcripts, etc.

Dr. Kehul Shah received his Bachelor of Engineering (E.C) degree from the North University University, Patan, in the year 1997 and MTech (VLSI Design), Ph.D. degree from Nirma University in the year 2008 and 2015 receptively.
He has dedicated more than 24 years of Teaching & Administration experiences and look after for maintaining and updating student records, including enrolment/registration status, and graduation requirements. He also oversee the implementation of exam section system, ensuring that they function efficiently and securely.

Shri Dineshbhai is Assistant Registrar and also assigned Deputy Registrar portfolio at the Institute of Technology. He has more than 29 years of administrative experience.  Earlier, he has worked at Gujarat Vidhyapith for five years. For the last 24 years, he has been working in a different capacity at Nirma University. He oversees the management of smooth functioning of the various matters related to admission, examination, purchase, statutory compliance. He also supports faculty, staff and students for executing various administrative activities of the Institute.
