Ravi V. Gandhi received B. Tech, and M. Tech degrees in Instrumentation and Control Engineering Department in 2006 and 2012 respectively from the Institute of Technology, Nirma University, India. He is currently working as a full-time Ph.D. scholar in the area of Intelligent Control of Electromagnetic Levitation System under the Visvesvaraya Ph.D. Scheme organized by central government of India from the Nirma University. The author is having 2.5 years of industrial, 2 years of research and 3 years of teaching experience before joining the full-time Ph.D. His research interest includes intelligent control, process control, control system design, nonlinear control, magnetic levitation system and their applications.
